01 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

What's happening
with your water?

You don't need to know which part failed.
Start with what you're noticing.

WELL & PUMP DIAGNOSTICS↗

No water.
Let's find out why.

Tell us when the water stopped, whether it affects the whole property, and what the pressure gauge or controller is showing. We start with the system—not a replacement-pump assumption.

For the actual job.

Pump selection starts with the well, the water level, and what the property needs—not simply the horsepower on the old motor.

WHAT WE CONSIDER

Available flow · Pumping conditions · Pressure requirements · Existing equipment

Talk through your system →

Actual piping, treatment order, storage, and control arrangements vary by site. This is an educational concept, not a model-specific system design.

04 / OUR UV FOUNDATION

A brighter approach
to disinfection.

UV disinfection belongs in a complete treatment plan. Pair the right Polar UV system with water-specific pretreatment and a practical service plan.

UV uses light to disinfect water. It is not a substitute for treatment of dissolved chemicals or minerals. We consider the incoming water, pretreatment, flow requirements, and ongoing service before recommending a system.

05 / THE TOTAL WELLS APPROACH

A better answer
starts with a
better question.

What is the system actually doing?
What does the property actually need?
And what will make sense over time?

We look beyond a single piece of equipment—because your water system doesn't work in isolation.

Let's look at the whole system ↗
01

Understand.

Start with your symptoms, equipment history, property needs, and available test results.

02

Diagnose & design.

Investigate the problem and explain the repair or improvement that fits the findings.

03

Install & verify.

Complete the agreed work and check operation against the intended system requirements.

04

Plan for care.

Identify the maintenance and service needs of the equipment that's actually installed.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity.
Before we talk.

Every property is different.
These are useful places to start.

Do I need to know what's wrong before calling?+
No. Tell us what changed, when it started, and which parts of the property are affected. Equipment photos, controller messages, and recent water-test results are useful when available. You do not need to diagnose the system yourself.
Can you work on both the pump and filtration?+
Total Wells works across well pumps, pressure systems, storage and water treatment. Tell us about your equipment and the problem so we can confirm the appropriate service scope.
Does UV replace a water filter or softener?+
No. UV is for disinfection; it does not remove dissolved chemicals or hardness minerals. Filtration, softening and UV serve different purposes. The right combination depends on water testing, the selected equipment and the treatment objective.
How do you choose a filtration system?+
Start with water testing and the concerns you need to address. Different treatment systems target different substances. We also consider water demand, the existing equipment, installation space and maintenance needs.
Can storage help a low-producing well?+
Storage can help buffer demand when a suitable system has enough incoming water over time. It does not increase the well's natural production. Available supply, usable storage, household demand and any alternate fill source need to be evaluated together.
Can you service an existing Polar UV system?+
Contact us with the model number, a photo of the equipment label, and any controller message. We can review the service need and confirm compatible parts and availability before scheduling.

08 / THE NEXT STEP

water simple.
